As a boutique property cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore 50% of prepayment is required at time of booking. Please note this is non refundable in the event of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or a no show.
Cancellation – Consideration will be given if wishing to transfer booking to a future date, if more than 7 days notice given.
14 days notice or less no refund of deposit unless replacement found.
No shows – room will be charged in full.
